Gary D. Labin, a fomer prosecutor practicing law since 2002, focuses his practice on vigorously representing both adults and juveniles charged with DUI & other criminal offenses.

As a former Deputy District Attorney, Gary worked as a prosecutor on both adult and juvenile cases ranging from DUI, drug possession, domestic violence charges, attempted murder and armed robbery cases.

Since leaving the prosecutors’ office and becoming a defense attorney, Gary has been dedicated to putting his knowledge and skills to work for his clients to ensure them the best possible defense in their cases.

With over 15 years of experience handling cases with all degrees of severity, from driving infractions to serious felonies, Gary has conducted numerous jury trials, representing both the state and those charged with criminal offenses.
